Comparative Study On Knowledge Diffusion Of Journals Of Information Science And Library Science In China And Abroad

In the 21st century,the era of knowledge economy has come quietly.The core elements of the development of knowledge economy are the creation of knowledge,the accumulation of knowledge,the continuation of knowledge and the innovation of knowledge.The diffusion of knowledge between the disperser and the receiver can accelerate the reuse and innovation of knowledge.Library science,information science and archival science(hereinafter referred to as Library science ?information science subject)as important subject of cultivating new information knowledge talents,explore Library science ?information science discipline knowledge diffusion can clear discipline development characteristics,summarizes the subject knowledge utilization and innovation process,and understand the Chinese and foreign Library science ?information science subject development difference,and the future trend of development to provide reference for domestic Library science ?information science disciplines.Based on the citation relationship between literatures,this paper takes Chinese and foreign Library science ?information science subjects as the research object,takes CNKI database and WEB OF SCIENCE database as the data source,starts from two dimensions of knowledge diffusion index measure and knowledge diffusion semantic mining,and use the bibliometric analysis,text mining and other methods for research.This paper will explore the influence of knowledge diffusion in Chinese and foreign Library science ?information science disciplines through index measurement,analyze the characteristics and evolution of interdisciplinary knowledge diffusion topics in Chinese and foreign Library science ?information science disciplines through the construction of DTM dynamic theme model,and take the domestic and foreign Library science ?information science disciplines as the object to compare the differences.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on the external characteristics of knowledge diffusion: the knowledge diffusion breadth,knowledge diffusion speed and knowledge diffusion influence level have been on the rise in recent10 years,but the growth rate of knowledge diffusion breadth has slowed down after2016;The subjects with higher knowledge diffusion intensity are Library science?information science,Computer science,Journalism and communication,and Economics.The breadth,speed and influence of the diffusion of foreign knowledge of Library science ?information science and technology have been steadily increasing.After 2017,the diffusion of knowledge has been growing rapidly.The subjects with high diffusion intensity values are Library science ?information science,Computer science information system,Management and Business.According to the comparison of the research on the external characteristics of the diffusion,it is found that the domestic Library science ?information science is in a rising stage of development,and the utilization rate of knowledge is higher,but the degree of interdisciplinary integration and the influence of knowledge diffusion are lower than that of foreign countries.In the process of knowledge diffusion,about 50% of the knowledge of Library science?information science in China is still absorbed by the subject,while only 10% in foreign countries.The diffusion of graphic sciences in foreign countries is more diversified,with strong interdisciplinary ability and comprehensive influence far better than that in China.(2)Research on internal characteristics of knowledge diffusion:Among the topics of interdisciplinary knowledge diffusion in domestic Library science?information science,Computer science and technology pay more attention to information technology research and algorithm model.The discipline of Journalism and communication pays more attention to the research results related to information dissemination and information services in the subject of Library science ?information science;while the discipline of Economics focuses on the research results related to enterprises and e-commerce.Among the subjects of interdisciplinary knowledge diffusion in foreign Library science ?information science,Computer science information system gives more attention to information technology research,user research and bibliometrics.Management discipline pays more attention to enterprise research and supply chain research;Business discipline focuses on enterprise research,user research and bibliometrics.In terms of the evolution direction of diffusion themes,both domestic and foreign diffusion themes are evolving towards the direction of technology,social media and social and economic development.According to the comparison of diffusion themes,it is found that the interdisciplinary integration of domestic Library science ?information science subjects is weak,but the evolution of diffusion themes is in deepening development from theoretical research to practical application research.The interdisciplinary integration of Library science ?information science in foreign countries is strong,and the technical research results have attracted great attention.
