A Study On The Situation Of Knowledge Exchange Of Management Science From The Perspective Of Interdisciplinary Research

In 1926,the concept of interdisciplinary research was first put forward,and now interdisciplinary research has a history of more than 90 years.As a discipline to explore the phenomena and laws contained in the management activities of human society,the development of management has always been inseparable from interdisciplinary research methods.Interdisciplinary research is also indispensable for the development of each level discipline under the management discipline.It is necessary to analyze the current research situation of each level discipline under the management discipline from the perspective of interdisciplinary research.In China,interdisciplinary research is mostly to analyze a primary or secondary discipline,rarely to analyze and compare multiple disciplines,while the analysis and comparison of major disciplines can make researchers more clearly understand the development status of disciplines and make up for the shortcomings.Therefore,this paper focuses on the following aspects:firstly,it introduces interdisciplinary theory,introduces interdisciplinary theory into management science,and deeply discusses the important role of interdisciplinary research in the development of management science;secondly,it analyzes management discipline and library and information science with citation analysis and co-word analysis;finally,the paper compares the current situation of interdisciplinary research between management discipline and library and information science.we find that:as far as the breadth of knowledge flow is concerned,the breadth of knowledge flow in the subject of library and information science is greater than that in the subject of management discipline,and the breadth of knowledge flow out of the subject of management discipline is equal to that of the subject of library and information science;as far as the intensity of knowledge flow is concerned,the intensity of knowledge inflow and knowledge outflow of management discipline discipline is greater than that of library and information science;In terms of the speed of knowledge flow,the speed of knowledge inflow and knowledge outflow of management discipline is faster than that of library and information science;the interdisciplinary knowledge exchange of management discipline and library and information science is very extensive;the main knowledge exchange subjects of management discipline and library and information science are centralized and stable;the relative discipline of management discipline is also the relative discipline of library and information science;management discipline and library and information science tend to be mature,and the discipline independence is enhanced.
