Research On The Knowledge Diffusion Of Academic Books Of Library And Information Science In China From The Perspective Of Citation

As a special information resource,academic books gather the unique opinions and innovative achievements of scholars in the related knowledge field.The related theoretical basis,research methods,latest technology and cutting-edge research in academic books can provide reference for the follow-up scientific research of related disciplines.However,due to the characteristics of difficult digital academic books,less communication channels and long length,it is necessary to guide Therefore,scholars can not fully explore the academic value of academic books.This paper studies the knowledge diffusion of academic books in the field of Library and information science,which can help us to understand the attention of various disciplines,institutions,scholars and publishing carriers to academic books and academic books with high academic value in this field.This study takes the academic books in the field of library information and digital library in China as sample data,uses Bibliometrics method to study the characteristics of academic book knowledge diffusion in the field of library information in China from four dimensions: Journal,discipline,institution and scholars,and uses social network analysis method to analyze the diffusion between scholars,document sources and document sources Through drawing the knowledge diffusion map of academic books in the field of Library and Information Science in China.This paper mainly includes four parts:(1)it analyzes the basic data of academic books,mainly including the cited frequency,citation delay and knowledge diffusion speed,and summarizes the knowledge diffusion of academic books in the field of Library and information science as a whole;(2)it collects the library classification number of the cited documents of academic books in the field of Library and information science,and then analyzes the academic books in this field The subjects covered by knowledge diffusion are as follows:(3)the author,author unit and journal data of the cited literature are analyzed to understand the scholars,institutions,journals covered by the knowledge diffusion of academic books in the field of Library and information science and the extent of their influence;(4)the knowledge diffusion map of academic books in the field of Library and information science is drawn with visual software to analyze which ones Scholars,institutions and periodicals are at the core of knowledge diffusion.The empirical results show that:(1)there are significant differences in the knowledge diffusion of academic books in the field of Library and Information Science in China,with a wide range of knowledge diffusion in disciplines,scholars,institutions and journals,but the strength of knowledge diffusion needs to be strengthened;(2)the diffusion speed of academic books in the field of Library and information science is slow and the diffusion time is long,and the academic books in the field of Library and information science have a higher degree in the three years before publication The value of surgery.The authors of academic books have not made full use of the best period of knowledge diffusion of academic books to promote their academic influence;(3)there are few highly cited academic books in the field of Library and Information Science in China,and their social awareness is low,so the academic value of most academic books needs to be further explored;(4)the institutions,scholars and journals with high influence in the field of Library and information science are The knowledge diffusion of academic books is at the core.
