Design And Implementation Of Document Knowledge Base For Data Management

In the era of data intelligence,data has become a new basic factor of production,and the innovation in the field of data management knowledge is quietly brewing.It is of great significance to systematically sort out and organize data management knowledge.Document knowledge base is an important way of knowledge organization.Aiming at the problems of wide collection range,low subject concentration and difficult to guarantee the document quality of the current document knowledge base,this study aims to explore the construction method of the field document knowledge base,and build a series of data management document knowledge bases with subject focus,suitable for research,reliable quality and equal emphasis on foundation and frontier,so as to realize the efficient and centralized organization of data management knowledge and promote the improvement of knowledge service level.The knowledge base constructed in this study has been incorporated into the China How Net platform and is open to users all over the country free of charge.The construction process of document knowledge base content system,that is,the process of combing the data management knowledge system layer by layer.This study decomposes the construction of data management document knowledge base into three progressive sub tasks: determining the overall theme system framework of document knowledge base,determining the theme content and theme words in document knowledge base,selecting and compiling documents and organizing knowledge base.Firstly,based on the analysis of multi-source data,35 key topics of data management are mined,that is,35 literature knowledge bases are established.In this study,the typical data management systems are sorted out successively,and the knowledge systems in books are summarized,and the preliminary knowledge framework of data management constructed according to the data life cycle theory is obtained.This was verified and supplemented by quantitative analysis.In the quantitative research part,the data courses of data management related majors in 15 universities are counted,and the knowledge distribution and core knowledge topics of data management in professional education are analyzed.In addition,this study collects the data of Chinese and foreign papers on data management,and further adds the key research topics to the system through cluster analysis,mutation detection and other methods.Secondly,through the methods of word frequency analysis and topic analysis,the highfrequency topic words under each topic are mined from the book catalogue and papers.On this basis,the secondary topics in the document knowledge base are summarized,and the data management knowledge system of "key topics-Secondary topics-related topic words" is formed.This study also analyzes and introduces 35 key topics.Since then,literature selection and compilation work has been carried out around the above system,including four rounds of screening and evaluation.In addition to retrieval and manual cleaning,this study constructs a quantitative evaluation index system based on bibliometrics.Using the expert evaluation method,the quantitative evaluation results are screened again from the dimensions of subject compliance and innovation.Through multiple rounds of screening,the content construction quality of literature knowledge base is ensured.Finally,this study constructed 35 literature knowledge bases covering key topics in the field on the CNKI platform.The data management series literature knowledge base has been opened to users all over the country.By February 2022,the number of learners has reached more than 5500,it has achieved positive application effect.The construction of this series of literature knowledge base reduces the cost of knowledge acquisition and promotes the dissemination of knowledge in the field of data management.At the same time,the systematic combing of the subject system of data management in this study is also conducive to the development of the field of data management.At last,this study evaluates the construction effect combined with objective data and interview,and bring forth a proposal for the future development of literature knowledge base from two aspects: content system construction and platform system construction.
