| The archival websites at different levels are the websites which set up by archives departments on the Internet for the public.They publish the general situation,official documents,works,resources and other information of archives in the form of web pages,and provide services such as inquiry,appointment,interaction and exhibition,which are the extension of the information content and service form of archives.At present,the website construction of archives in all provinces of China is to provide all kinds of users with archival information and functional services through the Internet,and realize the informatization and socialization of archival services.In the era of big data,the public's demand for information is soaring.Archival institutions are committed to building a more scientific,more efficient and more humanized archival information service platform for users with different identities and needs with the help of mature information technology,so as to realize the comprehensive development of archival resources and services.Even though major archives have actively developed emerging network information service platforms such as wechat official account of archives and Weibo of archives,as the oldest,most traditional and most authoritative network information service platform of archives institutions,archives website is still more trusted and favored by users.Provincial archives websites in China facilitate communication between the agency and the user archives feedback,get the user's real demand,and file information service innovation still plays an irreplaceable role in other media platform,and research the user as a special and important kind of archives users,in as the research object is archives have been ignored,There are relatively few existing researches in China.Based on this,this study takes research-oriented users as the research object,and adopts the method of empirical analysis to analyze and discuss the key factors affecting the satisfaction of research-oriented users in using the archives websites of each province,in order to provide some enlightenment for the development of archives websites of each province in China.First of all,based on the long-term focus on the provincial archives and use our site,on the basis of sorts out a large number of influential classic forefathers' research results,combining with different identity,background of archives website research results of user interviews,extraction analysis of provincial comprehensive archives website research customer satisfaction factors and causality,Based on the technology acceptance behavior model,information system success model,expectation confirmation theory and flow experience in psychology,this paper constructs the influencing factors model of archive website research user satisfaction and puts forward the hypothesis.Secondly,based on the research background,interview results and mature scale,questionnaires were designed and surveys were carried out.The reliability and validity of the scale design of this study were tested through the preliminary survey results,which could be used for large-scale formal investigation and distribution.After the invalid questionnaire data were removed,the reliability and validity tests,model fit tests and hypothesis verification were carried out in the formal survey using SPSS23.0 and AMOS23.0 software.The results show that perceived usefulness,perceived enjoyment,perceived expectation confirmation and perceived trust positively affect the research user satisfaction of archives website.Information quality,system quality,perceived ease of use and expected confirmation perception positively affect the useful perception of research users of provincial comprehensive archives website.Information quality and system quality positively affect the ease of use perception of research users of provincial comprehensive archives website.Information quality and service quality positively affect the enjoyment perception of research users of provincial comprehensive archives website.Finally,based on the empirical research results and research characteristics of the user,put forward the rich collection resources,strengthen the system quality and enhance their own characteristics,to improve the user experience and improve user trust,build website brand,appropriate to reduce the users expect,form virtuous circle between users and website,strengthening the user education,give full play to the website value five strategies. |
