In recent years,with the progress and development of China's emerging media technologies and the new requirements of the new era,Chinese officials are also facing some new challenges in targeted poverty alleviation,and the original poverty alleviation model is no longer enough to adapt to the current social development.At the same time,due to the booming economic development of Internet celebrities,some officials gradually try to use them for poverty alleviation practice,which opens up a new path for poverty alleviation and helps the spread of poverty alleviation.It is an innovation of targeted poverty alleviation strategy and enriches the connotation of targeted poverty alleviation in China,which has certain practical significance and research value.Especially under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic in recent years,the Internet celebrity economy has played a very important role in promoting the economic recovery of various regions by relying on its unique advantages,which is of far-reaching significance.In particular,local officials rushed into the live broadcast room to promote local economic development,and shot short videos focusing on poverty alleviation and helping farmers,so as to boost rural economic recovery and promote the progress of targeted poverty alleviation.Among them,He Jiaolong,deputy director of the Yili Cultural and Tourism Bureau,who became popular on the Internet because of the short video of riding a horse in the snowfield,is a member of the official live broadcast army.With the help of the successful shaping of its Internet celebrity "IP",and the traffic and popularity it brings,it has made a certain contribution to the revitalization of the local economy through the new media poverty alleviation methods of short videos and live broadcasts.It is a successful innovation of the officials' targeted poverty alleviation strategy,which provides a new reference for the current officials' targeted poverty alleviation work,and has certain research value.Therefore,through the method of literature research and case study,this paper aims to analyze the successful case of He Jiaolong,deputy director of Yili Culture and Tourism Bureau,which combines the Internet celebrity economy with targeted poverty alleviation.Explore its innovations in the targeted poverty alleviation strategy,in order to bring some inspiration to the current officials' targeted poverty alleviation work,so as to promote the development of the targeted poverty alleviation cause.
