Design And Implementation Of Internet Rural Targeted Poverty Alleviation Sharing Platform

Since reform and opening up,China has lifted over 700 million people out of poverty,creating a global miracle in poverty reduction.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made a series of new decisions and plans,identified targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation as its basic strategy,and launched a decisive battle against poverty in all respects.With the development of the era of big data,it is particularly important to give full play to the important role of the Internet in promoting poverty alleviation.In order to catch the express train of the rapid development of the Internet,realize the "Internet +" targeted poverty alleviation and monitor the real situation after poverty alleviation,it is imperative to build a sharing platform for targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas.In order to effectively manage poverty alleviation work,this thesis studies the design and implementation of the rural Targeted Poverty Alleviation Sharing Platform.The platform on the front and back end of the separate development,the front-end uses the popular VUE framework,the back-end uses the extension point of many,more efficient Spring MVC framework,the database uses the traditional My SQL database,the persistence layer framework supports customized SQL,stored procedures and advanced mapping My Batis;The platform has the functions of poverty alleviation objects,poverty alleviation measures management,information query and statistics,social assistance system recommendation,etc.At the same time,the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on neighborhood is applied to the system recommendation,which integrates the poverty alleviation forces from all aspects of society.Finally,the platform was tested from two aspects of functional test and performance test,which could meet the current basic needs of poverty alleviation work.The operation and realization of this platform not only improves the efficiency of poverty alleviation work,but also enables the government and social poverty alleviation forces to assist each other in solving the poverty alleviation problem at the current stage,and at the same time carries out follow-up management of poverty alleviation,which plays a positive role in consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and preventing the return to poverty.
