Targeted Poverty Alleviation Information Management System

The strategy of targeted poverty alleviation is an important part of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is also a guide to action for winning the battle against poverty in China.With the overall layout and development of "Internet plus" strategic plan,the targeted poverty alleviation under the mode of "Internet plus" has become a weapon to achieve poverty reduction and elimination,and it also injects new vitality and stimulates new impetus of poverty alleviation.Try to make the utmost of modern information technology such as the Internet,Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing and mobile Internet terminals in the field of poverty alleviation,can help it catch up with the express train of information technology and achieve our goal of anti-poverty programme as soon as possible.Therefore,it is such valuable and of great significance to research and develop the targeted poverty alleviation information management system under the mode of "Internet plus".This thesis provides detailed description of the design and implementation process of targeted poverty alleviation information management system.Based on the analysis of poverty alleviation policies and its development models,this paper focuses on the work of targeted poverty alleviation,put forward the Java-web-based targeted poverty alleviation information management platform based on MVC model,which combined with the key technologies and difficulties of the existing poverty alleviation systems.This system includes four types of users in cities,counties,townships and villages.It includes five modules: poverty information management,help-the-poor management,data collection,Q&A and poverty alleviation news.After logging into the system,users can input poverty data,establish relationship between government personnel and the poverty,release help-the-poor news and manage the messages of Q&A,etc.The system sets up an information bridge between poverty alleviation departments,promotes information sharing ability and enhances efficiency and collaboration capabilities among departments of poverty alleviation.With the combination of Bootstrap framework and Ajax,we implemented the user-web design.The back-end server adopts the Struts2+Spring+MyBatis mode,and we introduce the Nginx cache area and Squid cluster during the construction,which effectively improves the system fault tolerance and achieves load balancing.Taking into account that the large amount of poverty data access,we introduced the Redis based on the traditional MySQL database,which can be helpful to alleviate the pressure on the database.Through the Master/Slave solution provided by the MySQL database,we can separate the database of poverty data,system settings,information news and messages,etc.And we can also build the hash table of the poverty information,help-the-poor information and news list according to the plate and each table's ID.On the basis of realizing the function of each module,we designed the test case table for each part,and we also conducted a performance test on the system.The stability and feasibility of the targeted poverty alleviation information system have been proved by the detailed test of the function of the system.In the conclusion,this paper discusses the existing deficiency of the system and puts forward some suggestions in function and user experience.
