| The constructiveness of news has deep "soil" in the development of China's news cause.According to scholars Li Huren and Wen Jian,"News constructiveness refers to an attribute and function of news"."The constructiveness of news can be regarded as a new concept and a new requirement of Marxist news view".Inner Mongolia Broadcasting and TELEVISION station's livelihood news interview column "People hotline" has a wide influence in Inner Mongolia region.Since its launch 21 years ago,it has won four China News Awards,and its audience rating has long been in the forefront of similar TV programs in Inner Mongolia.The key to such influence lies in the fact that a TV program in frontier ethnic areas has been playing the constructive role of news for many years.This paper takes the column "People's Hotline" as a sample,analyzes the constructive function of news,discusses the relationship between the constructive news concept and the constructive function of news,and tries to provide some references for the transformation and development of TV programs in the era of all media.The first part of this paper,through the analysis of the relationship between the constructive news and the constructive news,proves that the constructive news and the constructive news born in different historical backgrounds are not only very similar in expression,but also have the same functional attribute,that is,the constructive news.The second part summarizes the development course of the column of "People hotline".The third part analyzes the news construction function of the program by selecting some programs broadcast in 2020 and four programs that won China News Award as samples.The last part reflects on the problems existing in the process of further exerting the construction function of news,and explores how to integrate the constructive news concept and strengthen the development direction of its hypothetical function of news in the future. |
