From the essential characteristic of the hotline-news and external environment condition, for instance technological environment, development current situation and its reason to resources of the hotline-news are discussed in this paper.At first, the paper analyzed the news clue which is directly provided by the hotline-news. The news clue which is provided by the audiences is the diverse multiple news interview resources, like arise suddenly the news, the supervision of public opinion news interview resources, and for opened the natural signal channel is opened for the medium forward feed, the feedback etc. And author analyzed what change would be caused, if some methods, like paid way, are selected under the medium market background.In addition, through careful observation hotline-news, the author find out that how does the provider of hotline-news promote the hotline-news resources development.
