The seismic bracing is firmly connected to the building structure and can bear the seismic force to limit the displacement of the building facilities,thereby effectively reducing the possibility of secondary disasters caused by earthquakes.The Seismic bracing are in working condition for a long time,and are affected by the external environment erosion and the limited service life of the testing equipment.The reliability and safety will gradually decrease with the increase of use time,so that the building cannot be effectively protected in the event of an earthquake.Therefore,in order to ensure that the Seismic bracing can always be in the normal working state of protecting the building facilities,the research on the Seismic bracing state monitoring system has important significance and value.In order to achieve accurate and real-time Seismic bracing state parameter collection,this thesis proposes to design Seismic bracing state monitoring system based on smart sensors,Internet of Things and embedded technology.It is used for real-time collection,deformation and sway laws of Seismic bracing installed in buildings.Provide complete and reliable data support for the subsequent optimization,production,installation and testing of Seismic bracings,improve the safety of Seismic bracings and reduce the probability of secondary disasters caused by earthquakes.The main research contents of this thesis include:(1)Propose the overall design plan of the Seismic bracing condition monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology and embedded system.The hardware structure and software function of the system are determined by analyzing the collection methods of the strain,swing and other state parameters of the Seismic bracing.(2)It is proposed to design a hardware system of Seismic bracing condition monitoring based on STM32 microcomputer.In response to the requirements for the collection parameters of the seismic support and hanger condition monitoring system,the principle diagram design of the strain collection circuit,vibration collection circuit and communication circuit and the PCB diagram design of the hardware system are carried out.(3)It is proposed to design a software system for monitoring the condition of Seismic bracing based on ? C/OS-II system.According to the state collection task division,the software design is carried out by using the mutex to realize the scheduling and synchronization between the software.Transplant in ?C/OS-? system to realize the software system including strain collection,vibration collection,RS485 communication and other functions.(4)Conduct system test and experiment.The state data collector of seismic support and hanger is designed and made for experimental analysis.The experimental results show that the seismic support and hanger state data collector designed in this thesis meets the design requirements and can accurately collect the seismic support and hanger state parameters online.
