With the rapid development of modern industry,water pump plays a more and more important role in the production of liquid or lifting liquid pressure.In order to prevent the failure of the pump,it needs to be monitored in real time.Usually,abnormal vibration is the representation of the failure of the pump.Monitoring and analysis of the vibration signal of the pump can make timely fault diagnosis for the pump.Therefore,combining the development of embedded technology and data transmission technology,a set of pump vibration state monitoring system is developed and designed,which is of great significance to the inspection of water pump.In this paper,the current status and problems of the current pump vibration state monitoring system are analyzed.Based on the vibration mechanism of the pump and the monitoring of the state of the equipment,the monitoring method and general block diagram of the system are determined.Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional wired monitoring system,a new water pump vibration condition monitoring system based on wireless sensor network is proposed.In terms of hardware platform construction,the system adopts modular design,which makes up for the poor applicability of traditional wired monitoring system and facilitates the maintenance of each module.The ADXL335 acceleration sensor is used in the signal acquisition module,which simplifies the composition of the traditional conditioning circuit,solves the problem of complex wiring,and realizes the multi direction acquisition of the spatial vibration signal.A powerful STM32F407 is chosen as the main control chip,which can synchronously collect and store the vibration signal,anduse its DSP instruction set to complete the data processing task,which greatly reduces the development cost of the system.Using WIFI communication technology as data transmission means greatly improves data transmission rate and further simplifies wiring complexity.Combining the vibration monitoring node with the wireless transmission node,with the software of Android upper computer based on Eclipse,a wireless sensor network is formed to realize the purpose of monitoring the vibration state of the pump.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)First,it introduces the background of the monitoring and diagnosis technology of mechanical equipment,and the development of vibration signal acquisition and monitoring technology and wireless sensor network technology at home and abroad,and the significance of the project is clarified.(2)The vibration mechanism of the pump is analyzed,including the cause and harm of the vibration,and the standard and method of the vibration evaluation.On the basis of this,the detection method of the vibration of the pump is determined.Finally,the functions of the system are introduced one by one,and the overall block diagram of the system is designed.(3)A wireless sensor network platform based on pump vibration condition monitoring is designed.According to the design requirements,the selection of sensors,microprocessors and wireless transceiver chips is completed,and the hardware circuit design of core control module,signal acquisition module,data transceiver module and power supply module unit is realized,including the minimum system of processor,peripheral auxiliary circuit of processor,power supply circuit.The design of gain amplifying circuit and filter circuit and transmission circuit based on ESP8266 wireless data module.(4)Complete the design of the corresponding driving software based on the completion of the hardware circuit design.Based on the MDK development environment of KEIL company,the software design of each module is completed,including the initialization of the system,the acquisition of sensor signals,the processing of data acquisition,the transmission of Ethernet data and so on.In addition,based on the needs of Android upper computer system,the upper computer isdesigned to achieve the display and storage of results.(5)The hardware and software in the system design process are debugged respectively.Then,the reliability of the monitoring system is verified by comparison with the traditional cable vibration state monitoring system.The results show that the monitoring system designed in this paper can meet the requirements for monitoring the vibration state of pumps.
