Studing On Problems And Countermeasures Of County-level Financial Media Center Construction

As the integration of traditional media and new information technology,financial media not only changes the way of media communication,but also constructs a brand new network platform for citizens to participate in and discuss politics.County-level media financing is an important way for the government to serve the masses.From the perspective of social governance,county-level media financing is the concrete embodiment of the CPC's adherence to the mass line and strengthening ties with the masses.Strengthening the construction of county-level financial media center is conducive to the Party and the country to further occupy the position of public opinion.Media integration has become a new element of national governance system.In order to realize the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,it is necessary to attach importance to media elements in national governance.With the construction of county-level financial media center as the research direction,and from the perspective of social governance as the entry point,this study carried out an empirical study on the construction of Longquan City's financial media center,and explored the current construction situation of Longquan City's financial media center: It has established a new system and mechanism,a new news production model,a new technology platform,a new advertising business community,a new financial media matrix,and a new capacity for production and broadcasting.At the same time,it has enhanced the authority of information and the accessibility of audiences.But its level of development is far from reaching the expected goal.The existing problems in the construction of Longquan City Financial Media Center include insufficient implementation of fusion concept,insufficient investment of fusion capital,unstandardized talent compensation system,unreasonable staffing of departments,immature application of financial media technology,and the need to further strengthen the appeal of new media users.In view of the above problems,it is necessary to further strengthen the top-level design of county-level financial media centers,reorient the functions of county-level financial media centers,fully integrate resources to achieve maximum efficiency,train capable talents to enter the financial media centers,and construct more perfect related supporting policies.
