Colleges and universities are an important place to cultivate high-quality talents.They are responsible for promoting national reading,building a scholarly society and promoting students ' all-round growth.As campus cultural landmark and excellent cultural carrier,campus entity bookstore is an important place for cultural exchange,which is of great significance to cultural development and cultural market prosperity.In recent years,with the rise of digital reading and e-commerce,people 's reading methods and consumption habits have changed.The emergence of online bookstores has made it difficult for the physical bookstores on campus in colleges and universities.In addition,due to the decrease in summer and winter,the physical bookstores on campus in colleges and universities are facing greater challenges than other bookstores.How the government supports the development of university campus entity bookstores and how to make university campus entity bookstores return to the public view has become an urgent problem to be discussed and solved.This paper mainly studies the implementation effect and improvement countermeasures of the support policy of campus physical bookstores in colleges and universities.After combing and analyzing the support policies issued by the central and local governments,it is found that the support policy of campus physical bookstores in colleges and universities in China clarifies the policy contents of financial support,tax reduction and rent reduction,site planning,and standardizing the management order of campus books,which provides a good policy environment for the sustainable development of campus physical bookstores.By sorting out the cases of excellent university campus entity bookstores and discussing the implementation effect of the support policy of university campus entity bookstores,university campus entity bookstores have achieved some results,such as increasing the number,enriching the supply of products and services,expanding the scale of Xinhua bookstores,and improving social benefits.However,due to the lack of support for private university entity bookstores,the book market order is not standardized,and the policy supervision system is not perfect,there are still some problems in the process of policy implementation,such as the slow development of private university entity bookstores,the imbalance of policy beneficiaries,and the difficulty of policy implementation.It is necessary to improve the policy environment,improve the main body ability of policy implementation,improve the efficiency of policy implementation,and improve the supervision system of policy implementation to ensure the effective implementation of policies and promote the healthy and sustainable development of university campus entity bookstores.
