Then to design a questionnaire according to literature search’s conclusion and the research supposition, using analysis and factor analysis of SPSS on factors affecting the development of the entity bookstore, delete less factor and construction of entity bookstore factors framework.The reliability and validity analysis of framework, to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the entity bookstore framework. On this basis, using AHP and entropy method to identify five key factors of development of entity bookstore. Ultimately, to present entity bookstore’s development strategy based on five key factors, so that entity bookstore have a more clearer direction. To provide a scientific basis for the entity bookstore development planning.
