Semiconductor is the core unit of electronic products and electrical equipment.Any electrical and electronic products cannot be separated from semiconductor.In 2019,after the support of national policies and finance,and Huawei's supply chain restrictions,the domestic semiconductor industry chain entered a rapid growth stage,and domestic semiconductor enterprises began to "blossom and bear fruit".We are also more optimistic about the future development space of China's semiconductor industry.At present,some domestic IC design companies have preliminary global competitiveness in the subdivision field.A number of other semiconductor SMEs have also mushroomed to demonstrate the strong energy.Taking SF company as the main study object,based on information collected from public channels and work practice,the development status of the company is analyzed,and finds that the SF company is experiencing the following problems: unclear product strategic positioning,imperfect management system,high staff turnover rate,and tight financial situation.Based on PEST analysis,Porter's Five Forces analysis and SWOT analysis,this study optimizes SF company's business portfolio and its dynamic evolution,competitive strategy and core department functional strategy,and forms a corporate strategy suitable for the development of the company.The company's corporate vision is "to become a leading chip and solution supplier in the information security industry",and its mission is "to make the world secure core Internet".At the business level,it is suggested to adopt SO strategy,to take advantage of existing technology,occupy important markets,expand market share,improve existing products,and develop new products quickly.In terms of competitive strategy,differentiation strategy is recommended for mass produced security encryption products,and low-cost strategy is recommended for MCU products under development and high-speed transmission chip.For the functional strategy of core departments,it is suggested to adopt talent strategy,research and development strategy and marketing strategy.In order to find a solution to the SF company problems,and implement company strategy effectively,the following strategic safeguard measures are suggested: improving the management ability,enhancing financial strength through equity financing and financial support,multi-channel employment and retaining talent based on incentives,improving enterprise cohesion through the construction of enterprise culture.At present,there are about 10000 semiconductor enterprises in China.SF company,as one of them.The research results about SF company strategy is of great significance as it can provide as a reference for other semiconductor companies in development trend.
