In 2017,China spent more than $200 billion on importing American chips,much higher than the cost of imported petroleum products,exposing China's huge shortcomings in the field of semiconductor chips,which catalyzes the sense of urgency of domestic chips.In March 2018,the Sino US trade war broke out,and the problem of "core" shortage was exposed in many fields of the manufacturing industry,and semiconductor chips became the core of competition.Made in China 2025 and the new infrastructure proposed by the state are strong,which is good for the semiconductor industry and ushers in new development.This is both an opportunity and a challenge for domestic semiconductor chip companies.Technological innovation has become the company's winning magic weapon to solve the "core" problem.Technological innovation has become the power source to promote the sustainable and healthy development of semiconductor chip companies.Technological innovation strategy has become the core strategy for the company to deal with market competition and establish competitive advantage in operation.How to use scientific management to plan and implement technological innovation strategy has become the focus of today's company management.Through in-depth interviews and analysis of the interview results with NVivo software,this thesis studies the technological innovation strategy of semiconductor chip products of company B,puts forward corresponding management suggestions for the future technological development of the company,and promotes the company's technology to lead the products to win.Firstly,through the analysis of the company's international and industrial background,this thesis concludes that the continuous expansion of the market scale of the semiconductor industry has good opportunities for industrial development.Using the "Porter's five forces" model,this thesis puts forward the company's technological innovation strategic goal of "innovative development,high-end Optoelectronics".Secondly,in-depth interviews are used to obtain the overall information of the company's innovation status,environment,work characteristics and so on.And discuss with the interviewees the company's development strategy,innovation management,knowledge system and technology alliance,so as to provide the basis and basis for technological innovation strategy.Thirdly,according to the grounded theory and NVivo software,the interview data are coded at three levels,and the model of knowledge system and technology alliance is established to provide support for solving the problem of technological innovation.Finally,this thesis puts forward some suggestions for the development of the company's technological innovation strategy,forms a knowledge system through knowledge source,knowledge chain and knowledge network,increases knowledge mobility to improve the company's knowledge level,forms a technological alliance and realizes the company's technological innovation.We will build a technological innovation oriented talent training and innovation oriented talent training system and expand the technological innovation oriented talent training and implementation mode of the company.In terms of strategic management of technological innovation,company B is facing the same macro and industrial strategic environment as other domestic semiconductor enterprises,and its own advantages and disadvantages are also representative.Therefore,this thesis takes company B as the research object.Through the research on the technological innovation strategy of company B,combined with the general environment faced by the development of China's semiconductor chip companies,this thesis puts forward a practical technological innovation strategic plan for the company,and takes a point to an area,which has a certain inspiration and reference for the technological innovation strategic management of similar companies.
