Nowadays, many countries including China take software industry as the backbone industry in their domestic economy, and software production is changing to globalization and industrialization, software production enters on a software engineering era which focuses on software process improvement. Therefore, a series of methods such as the Team Software Process arose at the historic moment to better the software development efficiency. However, software process improvement is a comprehensive activity; it needs long-term practice and involves methods of software process engineering and key technologies of software process field. The effectiveness and reliability of software process frame is obtained after the software project completed, this kind of lag reduces TSP efficiency consumedly. Therefore, the research of TSP simulation and model reuse is an important theory and practical application subject. The significance of this subject is to improve the software project management and control capability, strengthen the process capability maturity of software enterprise, and boost the development of software industry in China.In order to improve the implementation of TSP and enhance the ability of process control, three kinds of modeling and simulation methods are proposed, it carries on the appraisal to three methods and gives respective serviceability, evolutionary computation applied in software process model reuse. Some related problems are studied thoroughly in the dissertation, which include the design principle of three methods, the realization algorithm, the result analysis, the software process model reuse method and so on. The achievements and main works in this dissertation are listed as following.(1) A simulation model based on multicase-based reasoning is put forward. Considering TSP simulation as multi-restraint satisfying problem, i.e. the activity planning should meet multi-restraint condition such as personnel quantity, duration, and equipment quantity and so on. It adopts set and relation algebra to set up simulation model, and a improved multicase-based reasoning method is proposed.
