In these decades, people have realized gradually the decisive action of the software process to the product quality of the software. More and more scientific researcher have made a large amount of research and made the great achievement in this field, a lot of software process model that more suitable to guide modern software development project were made and developed forward constantly. At present the representative software process model is Capability Maturity Model(CMM)/ Personal Software Process(PSP)/ Team Software Process(TSP) designed by U.S.A. Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute (CMU/SEI). Among them TSP is used for guiding directly the project team which develops the relevant products of software, so how better application TSP is an important subject for research.After the analysis of TSP, a TSP simulation model based on Time Petri nets is proposed in the thesis. The model can emulation the real development project which foresees ahead of time that uses the TSP in the project of the software will improve the product quality of the software.According to the characteristic of TSP, regards activity in the software process as the core, the article provide the dynamic model of TSP simulation model defines based on the Time Petri nets. The model can understand TSP directly through graphics and analysis TSP deeply by Mathematics formula, so that developer rational to carry on process management and resource distribution.The result of this paper can be applied to different scale development team, offering help to TSP for better apply to different software project and constant improving.
