As an emerging industry,the Internet of Things technology has penetrated into every corner of social life and the national economy at the time when the "Internet +" and computer technology are booming,and it has quickly become the core technology of the information age.At the same time,the innovation of information technology is also brought by it.Led by high-tech products.As the continuation and expansion of the Internet,the Internet of Things connects the Internet with physics,completes the integration of human society and physical systems,and organically integrates people,networks,and communities in the real world.Fully affect people's clothing,food,housing and transportation,enrich people's daily activities,and change people's lifestyles.As the core hardware of these Io T devices,the demand for chips is also increasing.However,due to the wide range of applications that can be implemented based on the upper layer of the Internet of Things,for Io T chip companies,how to achieve a chip with software can provide a variety of software interfaces,which can be widely applied to other companies in the future to achieve more This function is an important way for chip manufacturers to increase their competitive advantage.As the most direct and effective means to ensure the quality of software products,it may take 300 hours to develop software,and it may only take 30 seconds to find a defect in the production environment.In turn,this may ruin the entire product,only to withdraw it from the market.Therefore,as an indispensable part of technology development projects,software testing actually occupies more than half of the time period of product technology development projects.The quality of software testing ultimately determines the level of product quality.Based on the above reasons,in order to meet customer needs,manufacturers can only enhance market competitiveness by continuously improving product quality.Based on the risk management of the software test project,this paper selects an IOT chip software test project of W company as the main research object.First,the development of the Internet of Things was introduced,the background and importance of software testing project risk management were clarified,and the literature and research results of other researchers were studied in depth.Secondly,briefly introduced the V3 software test project of W company's Io T chip "Xunhu",and analyzed the current situation of risk management of the software test project according to the basic process and important content of risk management.And conduct a deeper research on the response and monitoring of the main risk factors of the project.Among them,the sources and types of risks are determined through qualitative and quantitative methods,risk analysis is evaluated through a combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and risks are dealt with and monitored through reasonable countermeasures and measures.Finally,summarize and look forward to the full text.Through this research and study on the risk management of Io T chip software testing projects,the theoretical methods of software testing risk management are innovatively applied to the emerging and fast-growing industry of Io T software testing projects,which are different from general software testing.It is helpful to strengthen the network risk management and management ability of W company's IT chip software test project.It also provides important reference significance for other companies.
