Research On The Development Path Of Cengong Country-level Converged Media Center In The Context Of Omni-media

In 2018,China has ushered in a historic opportunity for reform and development country-level converged media centers with requirement presented by government which is to make great efforts to solid construction to better guide and serves people.As bridge tower of publicity work,it is of great significance to make our country-level converged media center a success.For the past few years,under the strong support of the Party and state,country-level converged media centers in every area has witnessed a rosy picture of prosperity.However,under the background in the era of the strategic layout of rural revitalization and accelerating the construction of an all-media communication structure,higher demands are put forward to construction of centers.In the meantime,frailty of construction reveals gradually.Country-level converged media in Cengong county,which located in Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture in southeast Guizhou province,has typicality and representativeness which also reflect characteristics in underdeveloped area in minority.Meanwhile,Country-level converged media in Cengong country is specific on account of many factors,such as cooperation to alleviate poverty in western and eastern areas,fixedpoint poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation which suit inside of the province.Therefore,Country-level converged media in Cengong county is chosen as object of study to conduct a survey of its current situation with foundation of combination of qualitative examination and quantitative research by methods of participant observation,in-depth interview,grounded theory,questionnaire survey and etc.According to the research,from 2018 to 2021,marked achievements were made in amounts,distributions,patterns and technologies in county-level converged media centers in our country which shows prosperous condition of it.However,due to differences in cognitive degrees among medias from place to place and social economic development levels,there are still problems of centers in construction,such as out-oforder construction planning,disparate development and degree of integration that is not deep enough.The research found problems in four parts of Cengong county-level converged media center.First of all,In the aspect of top-level design.Reasons of influencing future construction directions involves backward development concept,unclear function location,disorder of interior division of labor and unbalanced focus of work.Secondly,in the aspect of security settings.Factors of preventing deep integration involves incomplete systems,insufficient impetus for reform of the incentive mechanism,lack of inter-disciplinary talents and incomplete talent cultivation system.Thirdly,in the aspect of management mechanism.Adverse factors of operations involves lack of profit model,unable hematopoiesis independently,weak technical force and low adaptability of network system.Last,in the aspect of communicating effect.The center is lack of user investigation and feedback in the preliminary stage which directly the county integrated service platform could not be activated.Based on the above analysis,in the context of all media era,this paper puts forward the corresponding path suggestions.Study suggests that in order to solve dilemma that Cengong county-level converged media center is facing,upgrade center to be more open to the community and becomes not only a battlefield of mainstream and public opinions,but also comprehensive service platform and social information hub,besides,expediting to form an all-media communication pattern and promoting rural revitalization.We can put hands from four directions to reform: Firstly,the concept of integration is guided by top-level design.Secondly,with hardware support ramming technology to empower.Thirdly,reform the system to transform the main body of communication.Last,to innovate grass-roots governance to achieve new changes in county communication formats.
