Research On The Construction Status And Development Issues Of "Hongduyun" County-Level Converged Media Center In Ruijin City

With the rapid rise of emerging media,information dissemination is increasingly showing a trend of mobility and socialization.In order to seek further development,traditional media in the country have begun to transform,and the integration between media has been further deepened.As a large number of China,it is at the grassroots level.The county-level media also began to enter the public's field of vision;at the National Thought Work Conference held in 2018,it was clearly pointed out that the construction of the county-level media center as a new stage to deepen the reform of the radio and television system,the focus of the media's deep integration has been deepened from the central government to the place.As a converged media platform that integrates county-level radio and television,newspapers,and new media,and integrates media services,party building services,government services,public services,and value-added services,the county-level media center delivers superior voices and integrates media resources.People's livelihood feedback and service to the grassroots have played an irreplaceable role.With the promotion of the integration of the media center in the county-level units,the problems encountered in the practice process have gradually revealed their commonalities.The system mechanism,human resources,and profit model have all become major problems that need to be solved.This paper takes Ruijin City's “Hongduyun” Media Center as a sample,and analyzes the current situation of “Hongduyun” Rong Media Center from the basic situation of Ruijin Media Development,and clarifies that the current Rongzhong Center has encountered in the development and operation process.The dilemma and bottleneck are systematically analyzed in five aspects: institutional linkage,talent management,content production,service function and development fund.In response to the above problems,from the perspective of media integration,we propose to improve the top-level design,innovation management mechanism,create characteristic products,and optimize User experience and targeted strategies to expand industry operations,strive to find the best model for its development,and provide some ideas for the construction of county-level media centers that also face these problems.
