Internet popular restaurants can not only meet the needs of food-loving people for dietary differences and uniqueness,but also a new space practice for businesses,and thus become the main driving force for food consumption upgrades and space expansion.While the media has gradually penetrated into human daily life,Internet popular restaurants have also promoted the spread of food culture into a new communication ecology,and Internet popular restaurants' check-in have become a dominant part of the process of communication.Whether foodies use the medium to find food,discover food,or share food,Internet popular restaurants' check-in is no longer just an activity about "eating",but a dynamic process from tasting on the tip of the tongue to sharing at the fingertips.In this transformation process,how did the individual interact with the media,what check-in strategy they chose,and what role did the media play in this process? These not only represent the process of popularization of modern lifestyles among the crowd,but also contain contemporary people's attitudes towards the media and the relationship between people and the media.The entire process of Internet popular restaurants' check-in is composed of the physical practice of foodie and the interaction of the media.Not only does it require the participation of the individual,it also requires foodie to form a series of media usage habits.Unlike previous interactions in virtual spaces,Internet popular restaurants' check-in behavior requires the dual addition of body and media technology,which is not only diffused in the eating life of food,but also eliminates the daily behavior of foodie.This article takes Internet popular restaurants' check-in as the visual field of media practice.It mainly explores the process of interaction between body movement and media practice from a microscopic perspective,and examines the process of interaction between people and media from a dynamic perspective,and how people form a set of media practice norms through media rules and self-motivation.This article uses bodytechnology as the research framework of this article,mainly because the Internet popular restaurants' check-in is a dynamic process from the tip of the tongue to the tip of the finger,and there is a practical process of body movement and media.Introducing the body-technology into this article to discuss the check-in process of the Internet popular restaurants',and can more clearly and specifically describe the entire check-in process.Foodie checking in the way of record is to create a new ritual of daily life through the interaction of the body and the medium.If checking in in an interactive way,new social interaction practices can be constructed,and checking in by means of promotion will deepen the development of digital living habits of individuals in daily life.This way of checking in by experience also reflects how media practice gradually penetrates into people's daily life and forms a new subject of practice in contact with the body.From the tip of the tongue to the fingertips or from the embodied contact to the media practice of foodies,the close integration of the two has gradually been adopted as the practice standard for the Internet popular restaurants' check-in process.In the process of interaction between the individual and the medium,we can also discover the constructive properties of the medium on the individual and the body.Recording,interaction,propaganda,and experience,and many other media-oriented survival methods,under the interaction of individuals,media,and society,form a set of media practice norms and jointly promote the physical extension of foodies,the development of daily habits,and the development of instrumental relationships.Eating is no longer a personal choice of difference,but a landscape constructed by media environment and means of communication.
