The development of information technology has given birth to a series of network cultural communities.Internet celebrities,as a group with rapid development and far-reaching influence,has become a cultural phenomenon and Internet Economic outlet that can not be ignored.As a mirror to reflect the social outlook,the media is the main force to present the image of Internet celebrities.In the context of new media,the construction of the media image of Internet celebrities depends not only on the news reports of media,but also on the comments of netizens.This paper starts from the perspective of construction differentiation,and studies the characteristics and tendencies of different subjects and different paths to construct the Internet celebrities' media image from the theme and emotional dimensions.It aims to interpret the characteristics of the current media image of Internet celebrities,and clarify that news media should shoulder the responsibility to reproduce the image of influencers and promote netizens to correctly recognize the image of influencers.Based on the theory of media construction,this study takes the news reports of people's Daily Online and people's Daily Weibo published from 2016 to 2019,as well as the comments of netizens under the corresponding Weibo as the research samples,and mainly uses natural language processing technology to study the thematic and emotional tendencies described in the samples,including a comparative study on the tendency of media news websites and Weibo to construct the media image of Internet celebrities,as well as the constructive difference of Internet celebrities' media image constructed by media organizations and netizens.The study found that there are obvious differences in the construction of Internet celebrities' media image,and different paths and different subjects have different tendencies.In the theme dimension,the different paths of media organization have different theme construction.The news website reproduces the media image of Internet celebrities in a three-dimensional way,reflecting the diversity of agenda setting;while the topics of Weibo are relatively single,showing a trend of polarization.In the emotional dimension,the two different subjects,media and Internet users,have different emotional construction.Media can report news in a neutral and objective way,and the overall emotional tendency is positive;While netizens' emotional tendency is negative,which has the characteristics of emotional interpretation.Due to the influence of its own media role,communication characteristics,discourse expression and other factors,the construction of Internet celebrities' media image is undoubtedly different.Finally,based on the media organizations and netizens,this paper discusses the problems in the image construction of Internet celebrities from the micro perspective,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of Internet celebrities,such as setting up topics scientifically,adhering to the principle of objective balance,creating positive Internet celebrities,and improving netizens' media literacy.
