Research On Project Process Management Optimization And Implementation Of A Software Company Based On CMMI3

In recent years,the information industry has been booming,the traditional Internet era has successfully entered the mobile Internet era,and is developing in the direction of digital intelligence.With the maturity and application of 5G communication,big data,Internet of Things,cloud computing and other new technologies,the information industry market has released wave after wave of dividends.In this paper,A software company in the process of project management problems as the research object,to the CMMI model(software capability maturity model integration)system,the PMBOK guide project management ideas and business process reengineering theory as the research basis,combined with the application of literature research,deep interview method,comparative analysis,in combination with quantitative and qualitative method,and the method of theory with practice,In four major areas of CMMI3 class model(process management,project management,project management,support)under fully for A software company in the process of project management in the organization of the wealth of library management,procedures and standards,model selection,team management,project planning,project integration,project monitoring,requirements development,evaluation mechanism,quality management,configuration management problem that 11 comb induction,showing A software company project management present situation,find the reasons why these problems,and CMMI3 grade model of subprocesses domain analysis comparison,determine the next phase of optimization objectives.Then combined with the relevant theories mentioned in this paper,the existing project management system of A Software Company was decomposed and reconstructed under the framework of CMMI3-level model and combined with the idea of project management,so as to establish A complete project management mechanism and form A complete feasible scheme.Finally,based on A real software company pilot project(PMS hotel management system)for implementation and research,the project implementation plan and security system,real-time and accurate record of the project implementation process,and the initiation,planning,monitoring,inspection and acceptance as the four-key links of the implementation of the process results show that proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization scheme.This study has effectively solved the problems in the original project management process of A Company,improved the project management ability of A Software Company,and also provided some explorations and examples for the application research of CMMI.
