With the continuous improvement of integrated circuit(IC)manufacturing technology,electronic equipment is developing towards highly integrated and intelligent direction,so a large number of electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)problems have emerged.In order to reduce the electromagnetic interference of products and improve their anti-interference ability,terminal products need to pass the mandatory product certification,which makes manufacturers and users put forward higher requirements for the electromagnetic compatibility of IC.Electrostatic discharge(ESD)is a very common phenomenon in the manufacturing process of IC.The antistatic interference ability of IC directly affects its performance and service life.At the same time,with the decrease of IC feature size,the simultaneous switching noise,on-chip interference and parasitic emission effect in IC are serious,which results in a lot of electromagnetic interference.Among them,the RF voltage in the IC is an important characterization of electromagnetic interference.In this thesis,the RF voltage of the chip is detected and analyzed,so as to realize the research of IC electromagnetic interference.The specific work is as follows:1.The basic theory of electrostatic discharge and the characteristics of electromagnetic interference are studied.The basic theory of ESD is studied from four aspects: common ESD model,typical ESD pulse modeling,test method and coupling mechanism of ESD.The electromagnetic interference source is analyzed and studied from two aspects of the causes of IC internal electromagnetic interference and the waveform characteristics of typical signals;2.The transient interference effect of integrated circuit electrostatic discharge(IC)is studied.The basic composition and working principle of operational amplifier are analyzed,and the typical operational amplifier UA741 is modeled.On this basis,the failure mechanism of operational amplifier chip is deduced and analyzed.Based on the chip level electrostatic test,a PESD test method for UA741 is proposed,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation;3.The RF voltage measurement system of integrated circuit is developed.This thesis analyzes the detection principle of IC RF voltage and designs the test system.The impedance matching network model is designed and established.The physical model of printed circuit board(PCB)is simulated and optimized by CST PCB studio.A new idea to reduce the insertion loss is proposed and the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation;4.The related test system is developed and implemented.In this thesis,the test circuit is built and the ESD experiment is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the PESD test method.The insertion loss measurement experiments verify the effectiveness of using electromagnetic simulation software to optimize PCB.The RF voltage detection experiment is carried out to verify the science and practicability of the RF voltage detection system.
