Research On The Construction Of Archives Standard System Of Construction Projects In The Context Of Digital Transformation

In the context of digital transformation,the development of archival informatization and the widespread application of BIM technology in the field of construction project archival work,the carrier forms,working methods and application scenarios of construction project archives have undergone great changes,and the digital transformation of construction project archives has gradually increased the demand for a construction project archival standard system.This paper is divided into the following two parts to study the theoretical basis and content construction of the construction project archival standard system: the first part is divided into the research background,research significance and research review.chapters 1 and 2,through analyzing the current situation of domestic and international research on digital transformation,archival standardization,standard system,archival information technology management.the research direction,research framework,theoretical and practical significance of paper are derived.It analyses the definition of concepts related to the archival standard system of construction projects and the research theories required for the construction of the archival standard system of construction projects.The second part is the main body of research.chapters 3,4and 5,which are the core research part of the thesis.Chapter 3 focuses on the necessity of building a construction project archival standard system,the impact of policy environment innovation and digital transformation on the construction project archival standard system in the context of digital transformation,and the existing problems of the construction project archival standard system.Chapter 4 analyses the content and methodological analysis of the construction project archives standard system in the context of digital transformation,and from the perspective of the construction method of the construction project archives standard system,the structural analysis is carried out in terms of subject,industry and content dimensions,and the WSR methodology is applied to the construction of the BIM standard system.Chapter 5 focuses on the analysis of the guarantee mechanism of the construction project archive standard system construction in the context of digital transformation.Finally,the research content,research deficiencies and next research directions of the thesis are analysed and summarised.
