Research On The Construction Of Chinese Archives Protection Industry Standards

Archives protection industry standard is an important part of archives protection standard system.The construction of archival protection industry standard is a process of continuously increasing the effective supply of archival protection industry standard,continuously improving the quality of archival protection industry standard making and revising,and continuously improving and optimizing the archival protection industry standard system.At present,the construction of archival protection industry standards in China urgently needs to be strengthened.On the one hand,in the new era,many new archival protection technologies are formed by the mutual integration of archival protection technology and emerging technologies such as digitalization and intelligence,so it is urgent to build relevant archival protection industry standards around these emerging archival protection technologies.On the other hand,the construction of archives protection industry standards is an important prerequisite for the standardization of archives protection.In the process of many large-scale archives protection projects in China,such as "national key archives protection and rescue project" and "Chinese archives and document heritage project",it is urgent to standardize and guide the specific work by relevant archives protection industry standards.In short,in recent years,the construction of archival protection industry standards has not only received the general attention of scholars,but also received great attention in the field of archival work practice.This paper analyzes the current situation of China's archival protection industry standard construction from the aspects of standard development process and standard content construction.It is found that although the number of standard construction keeps increasing and the content of the construction keeps increasing,there are still some problems in the construction of the standard system,the foundation of the standard development,the reference to the international experience and the applicability of the standard.These problems restrict the speed and quality of China's archives protection industry standard construction to a certain extent.On the basis of referring to the existing literature research,this paper holds that the current construction of China's archival protection industry standard system is not perfect,the development foundation of archival protection industry standard is weak,the ability of archival protection industry standard construction to learn from foreign experience needs to be improved,and there is a gap between the applicability of the industry standard and the actual demand.These four aspects are the key issues affecting the standard construction of China's archives protection industry.Further,in view of the issues raised,the paper studies from five perspectives: standard construction talents,standard construction participation organizations,standard execution conditions,standard construction concepts,and standard construction affected by archive protection work: the lack of standard construction personnel,standard construction participation organizations Weak cooperation,limited implementation conditions of standards,conservative standards construction concept,and standards restricted by archive protection practice are the deep-seated reasons for insufficient standards construction in China's archive protection industry.Finally,the thesis proposes that the professional talents needed for the construction of standards for archival protection industry should be cultivated,the collaboration between standards construction participating organizations should be promoted,the conditions for the implementation of archival protection industry standards should be improved,the development of archival protection industry standards should be strengthened,and the development of foreign standards should be encouraged The six advanced measures to strengthen the publicity work of archives protection industry standards are aimed at putting forward some reference suggestions for the construction of China's archives protection industry standards.
