Research On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Rural Digital Memory Construction Under The Leading Of Public Library

Human memory will fade away or even disappear over time.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy and the rapid development of urbanization,rural memories are gradually being lost,which in turn leads to a decline in the collective identity of villagers and a break in emotional bonds.To preserve the rural memory for a long time,people can remember their homesickness,and various rural digital memory engineering projects have been launched in various places.However,due to the unclear leading institutions,the rural digital memory project is advancing slowly.This research suggests that public libraries should be the leading institution for rural digital memory construction,explore the influencing factors of rural digital memory construction under the leadership of public libraries,and then propose practical countermeasures.Firstly,the thesis defines the concepts of memory,memory digitization,rural memory and so on.The main content of rural memory comes from traditional culture and local documents.Then,it explains the reasons and advantages of public library as the leading institution of rural digital memory construction from three aspects of policy,technology and the nature of the public library itself.Then,the research uses interviews and grounded theory coding technology to conduct field surveys of public libraries and village historical museums,and explores the reasons why public libraries have not yet constructed rural digital memories.Since the weak cooperation between the library and the village,the village historical museum will be a big breakthrough between them.The key component of the study is to understand the digital intention and current status of the village history museum.Combining factors such as time and cost,this study mainly investigated local public libraries,village history museums,and other relevant institutions in Shaanxi Province.The original data was obtained through interviews with the directors of public libraries,digital technicians,and the heads of village history museums.data.Using the Nvivo11 tool to identify the emotions of all interviewees,most of the interviewees showed a neutral and positive attitude,and a small number of interviewers showed a negative attitude,indicating that most of the interviewees support and want public books.The museum can lead the construction of rural digital memories.Then the research analyzes the original data obtained by the investigation through the three-level coding of rooted theory,and assists in the identification of influencing factors with the Nvivo11 tool.After three levels of coding,this study believes that the influencing factors are eight aspects:cooperation objects,resource collection,past experience,construction funds,professional talent team building,policies,users,and traditional concepts.Finally,through a specific analysis of these eight factors,it is found that the five influencing factors of cooperation partners,resource collection,construction funds,professional talent team building,and traditional concepts are difficult factors in the construction of rural digital memory.This study proposes feasible solution strategies for difficult factors.They are: public libraries should change their ideas and take the initiative;carry out multiple cooperation to build the best cooperation mechanism;establish an incentive mechanism to form a professional construction team;lead from point-to-face demonstration to comprehensive promotion Popularization;Achieve all-around digital memory of multiple types of resources.
