With the development of the Internet,4G and mobile devices,Vietnam is a booming smartphone market,accounting for 30% of the Vietnamese population and consumers who use mobile devices every day.The proportion of online order pages is 58%,and the proportion of online payment pages is 15%.Vietnam's e-commerce industry is considered to have huge growth potential,and domestic and foreign companies are competing for market share through many new business strategies.The domestic e-commerce website Ti Ki has achieved the most impressive growth and is also the e-commerce website with the highest customer satisfaction.However,before the fierce competition in the Vietnamese e-commerce market,what should Tiki e-commerce sites do to improve their competitiveness? In order to solve the abovementioned core problems,this paper has conducted the following research:First of all,the current domestic and foreign research literature on related theories is sorted out,and the e-commerce website and competitiveness are summarized.Comprehensive analysis of factors affecting the competitiveness of e-commerce websites.Use SWOT analysis to analyze the business model of the e-commerce website Tiki and discuss its advantages,potentials,opportunities and challenges.Then,use the AHP analytic hierarchy process to analyze and establish the competition evaluation system,calculate the weight of each element through calculation,and use the relationship between each element for analysis,hierarchical structure and system analysis.Evaluate the existing competitiveness of the Tiki e-commerce website through a comprehensive evaluation based on weight.At the same time,the comprehensive fuzzy comprehensive method is used to quantitatively evaluate the competitiveness of Tiki ecommerce websites and evaluate the relative competitiveness of Tiki and existing competitors.Then,find out the shortcomings of the e-commerce website Tiki,and propose practical methods to improve the competitiveness of the e-commerce website.Help Tiki e-commerce website improve competitiveness,and provide reference materials for other similar competitive strategies.
