Satellite Internet provides efficient solutions for global real-time communications,emergency rescue,resource monitoring and other issues with its extensive network coverage.China’s satellite industry is showing the world "Chinese speed".The satellite Internet has become part and parcel of Chinese new infrastructure.Therefore,as the connection hub of end-to-end communication,satellite switch is also facing more challenges.Because the onboard switch usually uses special customization function,its communication interface type and communication protocol are highly customized,which are huge challenges that need to be faced in the test work of onboard switches.At present,the mature network tester,Test Center,can only test Ethernet equipment.Therefore,in order to enable the ground test equipment to be better compatible with onboard switches with different data interfaces and information formats,it is of great significance and engineering realization value to design a general ground satellite test equipment which can be applied to a variety of different satellite interfaces and transmission frame formats.This thesis combines the scientific research project "Research and development of dedicated inter satellite router",focusing on the analysis and design of data interfaces and data processing units of onboard switches,and designs a general ground test system.Firstly,this paper introduces the data interface and ground test system of spaceborne equipment.Secondly,the paper analyzes the communication standards and design requirements of Rapid IO and Space Wire,and designs the corresponding data processing unit on this basis.Thirdly,based on the network tester,this paper builds a general ground test system and explains the data flow,and focuses on the conversion scheme between Ethernet frame and non-standard frame in the test system.Fourthly,this paper explains the general configuration functions of the ground test system,and the detailed design scheme of modifying the frame format and content through the configuration information is mainly described.Finally,the interface,data processing unit and general ground test system of on-board switch are simulated.In the end,a corresponding actual board-level verification environment is built,and it was confirmed that the data interfaces and ground test system designed in this paper can be successfully applied to the spaceborne project.The innovations of this paper include,first,a data sampling unit is designed,which can realize high-frequency sampling of data by using a lower frequency clock,so as to solve the problem of data sampling error in serial transmission between boards.Secondly,based on the Test Center of network tester,a ground test system architecture can be built which can be applied to different on-board switching equipment,and the FMC is used to transmit multiple serial interface signals.Thirdly,a general configuration algorithm for ground test system is designed.The data conversion between different protocols can be completed by configuring the corresponding parameters,which solves the problem of developing special ground test system for different space-based equipment.
