With the rapid development and application of Internet of Things technology,people's demand in daily production and life are also increasing day by day.Due to its characteristics of high bandwidth,fast response,low delay and micro power,broadband micropower network has been widely applied to smart grid,intelligent driving,environmental monitoring,industrial detection and other aspects.As one of the concrete forms of wireless sensor network,broadband micropower network is also limited by the limited energy.Therefore,designing an energy-efficient routing protocol with balanced energy consumption to extend network lifetime and achieve low power consumption has become a research hotspot and application demand.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.Firstly,the broadband micropower network and low-power technology are briefly introduced,including node structure and network system,network topology model and energy consumption model,as well as the corresponding low-power technology of each layer in the network model,leading to routing optimization technology of the network layer.Secondly,this thesis systematically studies the performance index,characteristics,classification and typical protocols of routing protocols,focusing on the study of planar and hierarchical protocols,and makes a comparative analysis,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the improvement of subsequent protocols.2.The classical LEACH protocol was studied in detail,and its working principle,advantages and disadvantages were thoroughly understood.On this basis,this thesis designs the improved protocol from two stages of cluster forming and inter-cluster transmission,three aspects of cluster head selection,non cluster head node joining cluster and stable transmission.In the sub-process cluster head selection of cluster forming stage,the ratio of cluster heads is firstly optimized through theoretical derivation to establish the optimal ratio of cluster heads.Secondly,the problem of LEACH randomly selecting cluster heads is solved,and the energy threshold,residual energy,surrounding node density,communication cost and other factors are introduced to conduct the cluster head ratio.In the process of non cluster head nodes joining a cluster and becoming members of the cluster,the non-uniform clusters of the network is formed according to the principle of energy and distance,and the energy consumption is balanced to eliminate "energy consumption hot zone".In the stable transmission stage between clusters,combining with the residual energy and distance factors,the single-multi-hop transmission mode is carried out between cluster heads to balance energy consumption and form a tree-type routing structure of the network.3.In this thesis,the improved protocol is compared with LEACH and other protocols from the network lifetime,residual energy,network energy consumption,throughput and other performance indicators to verify the feasibility and advantages of the scheme.The experimental results show that the improved protocol has certain performance improvements in network lifetime,energy consumption and other aspects.
