| The real estate companies are now paying more and more attention to the informationization of the enterprise and project management. However, to the company, the real estate business is so complicated, and the user requirements for the real estate information system are changing frequently. All these make the development of real estate information system heavy work, low efficiency and long term, while it's still difficult to satisfy the change of user requirements. Because of these, in this thesis, we bring forward a "real estate information system development platform" which is suitable for the real estate information system development by studying part of the domestic business-based software platforms, including the theory and method of Justep platform, the design and implementation technique of CABR platform, so as to realize the fast development, implementation and flexible adjustment in the process of informationization of the real estate companies.The real estate information system development platform is composed by business modeling tool, business node association tool, workflow sub-system, organization and authorization management sub-system and extended function sub-system. The developers can develop, implement and maintain the real estate information system efficiently, by using these modules.The author of this thesis has read the related materials, studied two models among the business models of the real estate enterprise: data model and information model, and he also studied the database that stores data model and information model. On the base of the work, the author designed and implemented some functions of the real estate information system development platform, and what's more, the author also implemented some modules of the real estate information system that the author once developed in a project team by using the real estate information system development platform. The whole thesis is divided into six chapters. Chapter I is the foreword, in which we mainly introduce the background of the real estate information system development platform on the basis of the business-based software platform in the real estate industry. Chapter II is the summary of part of the domestic business-based software platform. Chapter III introduces the function and composition of the real estate information system development platform. Chapter IV is the introduction of the algorithm and implementation of some function of the real estate information system development platform. Chapter V introduces a real estate information system on the basis of the platform, by introducing the real estate information system that the author once developed in a project team and focusing on introducing the method and approach of the implementation of some functions of the contract management module of that information system by using the real estate information system development platform. In the last chapter, the author concludes the work, indicates the disadvantage of the real estate information system development platform, gives the suggestion of improvement and expects the application foreground of the platform. |
