Procurement is a very important link in the process of business operation.In today's world economic globalization and ever-changing business environment,procurement has become an indispensable part of strategic decision-making and a comprehensive management,that requires the active participation of all relevant departments.Procurement management,as closely related to the strategic decisions of enterprises,has a profound impact on the operating costs and operating efficiency of enterprises,and its role is increasingly prominent.For ANSTEEL,which has a large decimal of imported equipment,it is necessary to reduce the cost of spare parts of imported equipment through efficient procurement management to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise and strongly support the operation and development of the enterprise.ANGANGINTL as imported equipment spare parts procurement platform,to establish a fully functional,convenient,safe and reliable operation,ability of data collection and report statistics,powerful and accords with the practice of international trade business operation of information system,has become the ANGANGINTL for imported equipment spare parts procurement management standardized,scientific and efficient way.By using the method of function analysis,combining the method of system theory and control theory,the author designed and implemented the purchasing management information system of spare parts for imported equipment of ANGANGINTL.In the process of research,Yonyou' s NC platform is selected,JAVA is adopted as the system development language,and Oracle11 g database is adopted,so that the system has the characteristics of universality,continuity and easy expansion.Focusing on the overall design,this paper focuses on two functional modules: procurement management and supplier management.The project was managed in accordance with the PMP project management process.Through functional testing,the complete supply chain information integration including procurement,sales,warehousing,logistics,finance,customers and suppliers was finally realized,and the whole process management of imported spare parts procurement was realized in the system.At the same time,through the system interface construction,open up the information channel with the downstream end users,to achieve the procurement plan,procurement inspection,procurement warehousing,procurement settlement of cross-organizational business coordination and information integration,to achieve the imported spare parts procurement process closed-loop management.It also promotes the informationization and integrated management of enterprise operation and management,realizes the synchronization of logistics,capital flow and information flow,and improves work efficiency.
