With the rapid development of the Internet of Things(IoT),intelligent hardware continues to grow and develop with cheap price,bringing a variety of IoT platforms,which provides more convenient to the public.However,there are many communication standards and mechanisms in the existing Internet of Things platforms.Only by following the specifications of each platform can the devices of the corresponding platform be connected.Many different types of sensors are allocated in the cold chain transportation.Thus,how to make better use of the sensors for the cold chain is the focus of this thesis.This thesis starts with the research of IoT middleware for cold chain logistics.The main work include three aspects as follows.(1)Designing the IoT middleware architecture for cold chain logistics tracking,introducing DBus to solve the problem of how to communicate between different sensor nodes.First,the design of the interface and the global unique method ID,and the serialization deserialization are implemented in the remote procedure call function.Then,the data communication mode between different nodes is designed.Finally,the redundancy data of sesors are filtered.(2)In the process of cold chain transportation,the requirements for the environment of the goods are rigorous because of the special nature of the goods.However,the sensor output signal problems such as quality may lead to inaccurate data records,it is necessary to correct the erroneous data in time.Therefore,this thesis designs and implements the middleware data error correction module.The data such as temperature and humidity need to be kept within a strict fluctuation range,in this thesis,Kalman filter algorithm is used to correct the data so as to improve the availability of data.The original latitude and longitude data are difficult to accurately locate on the road.This thesis proposes to use the hidden Markov prediction model combined with the weighted rectification algorithm to correct the original trajectory data.The experiment results show that the path matching can be better achieved,which improves the accuracy and value of the trajectory.(3)The cold chain tracing system based on IoT middleware is designed and implemented based on Android and Web technologies.The related functions of middleware are realized on both the mobile and the web platform,which verifies the effectiveness of the cold chain logistics middleware and the practicability of the data error correction algorithm.
