In recent years,with the development of electrical and electronic equipment and the wide application of computer technology in the industrial automation control area,the electrical system has been gradually formed in which power and electronic equipment are combined,and strong current and weak current work together.In this case,electromagnetic compatibility becoming a key issue for the reliable operation of the system.In order to study the electromagnetic compatibility of electronic equipment,software simulation,laboratory test,or field electromagnetic compatibility tests were used in the past.However,the traditional electromagnetic compatibility research methods have some limitations and lack of flexibility in studying the electromagnetic environment adaptability for equipment under field working conditions.Therefore,this paper presents the hardware-in-the-loop test method for the electromagnetic compatibility simulation research and analyzes the field electromagnetic environment adaptability of electronic equipment in the laboratory by using software and hardware joint simulation method.Based on the hardware-in-the-loop electromagnetic compatibility simulation technology,LabVIEW software and NI system are used to build an analog axle counter system to analyze the electromagnetic compatibility of the axle counter system under the AC 25 k V subway line.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:1.In this paper,the principle of hardware-in-the-loop technology is studied,and the design scheme of simulation test platform based on hardware-in-loop axle counter system is put forward.At the same time,based on the working principle of the current mainstream axle counting system,the analog amplitude discrimination axle counting system and the analog phase discrimination axle counting system are built by using LabVIEW software,which can modify the signal output,reception,and judgment conditions,thus realizing the simulation for axle counting systems of different manufacturers.2.The disturbed mechanism of the axle counter system is studied and analyzed,and the electromagnetic environment test of the axle counter system is carried out.Combined with the test results,the magnetic field near the axle counter equipment under different working conditions and the disturbance current on the axle counter signal line are analyzed.And then the field electromagnetic environment simulation platform of the axle counter system is built by using LabVIEW software and NI system.3.The simulated axle counter system is used to simulate the axle counter system of a factory,and replace some equipment of the real axle counting system to form a hardware-in-the-loop loop circuit.Using the measured data of the electromagnetic environment of the axle counter system,the electromagnetic environment of the axle counter system is simulated and rebuilt in the laboratory to test the adaptability to electromagnetic environment for the real axle counter system and the simulated axle counter system.To sum up,the method based on hardware-in-the-loop electromagnetic compatibility simulation can not only improve the safety and accuracy of the test,but also carry out the electromagnetic compatibility test for equipment under different working conditions in the laboratory.It saves the time and economic cost of simulation analysis.
