In industrial encironment, EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) has the characteristics of complexity, variability, non-protection, EMI can disrupt the normal operating of systems by entering systems through I/O. EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) of systems or devices is the key to electronic designs for modern electronic engineers during their products developing.The object of this dissertation is Anti-interference application and research of control system PCB in high-speed spinning Jenny. The paper mainly studies around anti-interference filter design of control system, and focuses on anti-interference cricuit of PCB and anti-interference cricuit design and anti-interference test of interface board. The main contents are the following:Firstly, the concept, development and significance of EMC are introduced in this dissertation. Meanwhile we have established the prediction model of the high frequency of sensing devices and transmission line, which help us to know better about the EMC. Moreover we have analyzed the technology for EMC designing, which includes bypass capacitor and decoupling capacitor, filtering measures, ground, shield, PCB layout and so on.Secondly, the insertion loss of filter circuit and typical circuit of power supply filter are studied. Further we explained the design steps of power supply filter and signal filter by two examples respectively.Lastly, we have studied the anti-jamming design and immunity test of PCB. In this part we focused on the standard industrial level immunity test for input module in the interface board. According to the results of test, we analyzed the possible transmission ways of interference, and solved interference problems by means of anti-jamming methods. With these studies of EMC, embedded control system passed the industrial level 4 EFT immunity test.
