| In the current market environment,the application of enterprise information system is an irresistible trend.The traditional mode of enterprise management has not adapted to the current market economy environment.If management mode has not improved with the times,an enterprise can't stand out from the fierce market competition,and will inevitably be eliminated by the market.This thesis takes Nanjing Trendy Tech as the research object,and discusses the main management issues of small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of the application of information system.Firstly,on the basis of a brief introduction of the company,the thesis analyzes the main issues in the development of the company,as well as in sales,financial,human resource and project management.Secondly,the thesis discusses the necessity and feasibility of the application of information system in the company.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the information system being used in the company,this thesis analyzes the necessity of in-depth application of information system from the two aspects of solving the current management problems and the need of future development of the company.At the same time,the thesis analyzes the feasibility of information system application from the aspects of organization,personnel security,economy,technology and operation.Then,the thesis studies the requirement analysis of the application of information system.Combined with the actual situation of the company,the thesis makes clear the target of the application of information system,analyzes the characteristics of different management levels of users in the company,focuses on sales,financial,human resources,as well as project management,among other important business,analyzes the key processes and existing problems in these business,discusses the optimization design of the process,further aims at these core business and discusses the function requirement analysis of the application of information system.Then,the thesis discusses the selection and overall design of platform of the application of company information system.Based on the analysis of several technical architecture implementation methods of the application of enterprise information system,this thesis analyzes the reasons why the company chooses cloud platform to implement information system,puts forward the construction scheme of the company's private cloud platform,further discusses the selection and design of cloud platform operation and maintenance management scheme,and gives the overall design scheme of the company's information system.Finally,from the aspect of information system implementation,the thesis discusses the way of information system implementation,the solution of key management problems in the implementation process,the safeguard measures needed in the implementation of information system,and analyzes the effect after the implementation of company information system.This thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the related management issues during the implementation of the information system in Nanjing Trendy Tech.The study in this thesis can help the enterprise fully understand a variety of management issues that need to be solved during the application of information system.,and allows the company to further understand the significance of cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology in the process of the application of enterprise information system.The thesis has reference value for the application of information system in other enterprises. |
