| Information technology is widely applied for modern enterprises.More and more enterprises improve the operation processes by the method of establishing an information system rebuild and improve the internal operative process.So far the inspection controlling module of the Corporation P is still stagnated at hand working step that cannot meet the demands of factories' manufacturing.Therefore,it is necessary to build an information system which can accelerate transmitting of effective information,standardize the sole controlling step,trace the handling of the sole controlling step,store big data and analyze it logically.This essay figured out how to deal with the problem occurring in the sole controlling step faced in practical operating when the ERP software will be used by the Corporation P.It rearranges the inappropriate operating process,defines the detailed functions the objective system will perform,selects B/S structure,and further explores how to systemic develop the objective's development method.It satisfies the facility's requirement of system's implementation.It will change the module from the operating by human being to the one by information systems.After a period of running,it is proved that the objective system has good characteristics such as stability and it's simple to use.It relieves the staff's daily burden by operating the objective system,securing the timing information effectively transmitting among different departments,improving the controlling department and any other related department's working efficiency.Meanwhile,it offers the reference for supervisors of the controlling department in evaluating the staffs' performance.In conclusion,it reaches the expected goal. |
