The background of the information age has led to a continuous expansion of the communication infrastructure resulting in an exponential increase in the network transmission resources of the various communication operators.The efficient management of network transmission resources is increasingly becoming the basis of competitiveness in the communications industry,and the current large and chaotic network transmission resources of NJ Mobile make it urgent to use a standard management strategy to sort out,integrate and utilise these resources.In the increasingly competitive telecommunications industry market,it can seize the opportunity.In this thesis,the actual research of NJ Mobile’s network transmission resource project is analysed,which can explore a set of network transmission resource management approaches applicable to NJ Mobile.Work is explored throughout the project.The project management body of knowledge is the theoretical basis,which includes the organisational framework of the project,and the criteria for measuring project quality.The three aspects of the network transmission resources whole life cycle process system focus on the management issues related to NJ Mobile’s network transmission resources project: in planning the organisational framework of the project,a matrix-type structure is used to develop the organisational framework of the project,and within the organisational framework,specific requirements are made for the management responsibilities of multiple project personnel,which can be established in the project quality measurement criteria,a standardised structure to unify the project quality The metrics are established and this is based on the critical path approach to developing the project programme.In the naming of network transmission resources within the project,standardised management is achieved,which can be developed using a work breakdown structure to refine the project assessment criteria;in the network transmission resources full life cycle process system.The significance of the process system was analysed,the specific steps of the process system were introduced in detail,and the PDCA cycle was used to continuously find problems and correct errors in the process system,and to do a good job of overall control.Through the use of a combination of project management methods,the project management efficiency was ultimately improved and the NJ Mobile Network Transmission Resource Project was able to exceed expectations and achieve its objectives.At the end of the project,the project was retrospectively analysed to identify other shortcomings,and the causes of the problems were analysed in depth,and measures such as earned value management techniques,the Porter Lawler incentive model,and time-enhanced management were proposed to improve the project in terms of material costs,human resources and time management,and were validated using theoretical models.In this thesis,project management theory combined with case practice is applied,which can comprehensively sort out the NJ Mobile network transmission resources.A set of management methods applicable to NJ Mobile’s network transmission resources is summarised,which can hopefully provide a useful reference for NJ Mobile’s subsequent transmission resource management construction for the project research in this thesis.For can also give other communication operation industry network resources class management project,it can bring certain promotion and reference.
