| With the development of various technologies of the information age, the traditional project management approach is no longer suitable for the needs of the new era. And promoting the use of computer technology to achieve optimization of project management processes, improve the traditional management methods. Power Transmission and Distribution Project for improving the management and efficiency has a strong significance.In this paper, aim to the actual demand for power transmission and transformation project management, an efficient, viable project management software system was designed and implemented. This paper completed the following works.1) Power transmission and distribution project management methods and management systems related technologies status analysis. The problem faced by traditional power transmission and distribution project management system, difficulties in the development of key technologies and conducted in-depth were studied2) The requirements and function of power transmission and distribution project management software system was analyzed, system architecture, process and function modules was designed. The project document management process was modeling, and appropriate database and document management system was design3) On the basis of the design of functional modules, workflow and document management system, a power transmission and transformation project management software system was designed and implemented. Software system utilized B/S structure, completed the development of software modules and interfaces. According to the needs of document management, data model and database sub-tables was designed and developed of the system database by utilizing the Mysql.Through testing of the designed Power Transmission and Distribution Project Management System, the system passed the complement detection in various project management stages, the results showed that it could strengthen the quality and duration of process control of project. |
