| As the telecommunication industry develops and transmission network expands rapidly, the number of types of transmission facilities continues to increase and many kinds of technologies are available. Moreover, the number of transmission circuits is rising very fast as well. Facing a more and more complicated and sizable transmission and changing market demands ,the resources management of transmission network aims to grasp a comprehensive and clear understanding of the network resources ,in order to open circuits in time ,improve circuit distribution and process management ,and effectiveness and reliability of network .The management thrives to offer internal and external clients the best network support and fastest service ,ensure a dependable operation ,and help establish strategies and make critical decisions with supporting evidence.In this paper, based on the requirement analysis of transmission network resources management, a scheme of resources management of transmission networks based on autoselective timeslices is proposed. The system can be divided into four models: space resources management, devices resources management, network resources management and circuits distribution. The paper utilizes the class map of UML to build static model of space resources resources, devices resources, network resources and circuits, and converts the model to data structure in database. Furthermore, based on the data structure , it puts forward a scheme of autoselective timeslices, which includes the database storage scheme and the corresponding timeslices operation algorithm. The paper is finished in a real background ,so it can be spread out as useful experience in the field of telecom. |
