With the development of various technologies of the information age, the traditional project management approach is no longer suitable for the needs of the new era. And promoting the use of computer technology to achieve optimization of project management processes, improve the traditional management methods for improving the power transmission and transformation project management level and efficiency has a strong significance.Traditional Transmission and Distribution projects mainly in the form of paper documents and photographs of the scene, the progress of the project management and analysis. However, power transmission and transformation project involves a wide range of professional face complex management processes, making their management of the large number of documents and photographs the scene, but the construction process and maintenance of various documents from the correspondence between artificial way, the workload is very large, making it difficult comprehensive and timely analysis and grasp the construction schedule. To solve this problem, this paper designs and implements an efficient and viable power transmission and transformation project management software system. At the same time, taking into account the construction process, there is a lot more than the construction site files and photos random concurrent upload, download the case, the introduction of a distributed architecture design in the architecture of the system. In the traditional load balancing algorithm based on thorough research, combined with document management needs of the project, the traditional load balancing algorithm has been improved and optimized, the final will be applied to distributed systems management to optimize load balancing algorithm based on document the file system to ensure that the load balancing system. Paper completed the following tasks:(1)Transmission and Distribution Project management methods and management systems related technologies status analysis. Transmission and distribution of traditional project management system problems, difficulties in the development of key technologies and the analysis and research;(2) Transmission and Distribution Project Management Software system requirements, performance indicators were analyzed, and based on the characteristics of the system, designed by the interfacial interaction layer system architecture, project management module, a distributed file system, the data layer composed;(3)For the transmission and transformation project management and project management process characteristics were analyzed, based on this, the construction process has been modeled and designed the corresponding process model management module. Detailed design of the project creation, construction management and project progress monthly query module;(4)The traditional load balancing algorithms in-depth study and research, based on the calculation method from node load, load balancing threshold policy, load migration strategy three aspects of the algorithm has been improved, and the improved algorithm with traditional load balancing algorithms were compared simulation;(5)Transmission and Distribution design and implement project management software system, designed and carried out relevant tests from two aspects of the system functions and improved algorithms load balancing effect.Through this paper designs and implements the Transmission and Distribution Project Management System test, the system through the various stages of the project documentation is complete detection mechanism, and strengthen the quality of project management, time management and control processes.
