Impact Of Enterprise Informatization On High Quality Development Of GEM Companies

Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,promoting high-quality economic development has become one of the main goals of economic and social development.As the micro main body of economic development,only by effectively improving the development quality of enterprises can we really promote high-quality economic development.The improvement of enterprise development quality cannot be separated from the adoption of information technology,which can form the necessary capacity for enterprise development and promote the integration of enterprise resources.Therefore,how to better promote enterprise informatization,improve the quality of enterprise development,become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the analysis of the research status of enterprise informatization and enterprise development quality,this paper tries to make an empirical study on the impact of enterprise informatization on the high-quality development of GEM companies,and further makes an empirical study based on the industry,profit and regional heterogeneity.Finally,it makes an empirical study based on the mediating effect of technological innovation.Firstly,Empirical study on the influence of enterprise informatization on the high quality development of GEM companies.The results show that the level of informatization is positively correlated with enterprise R&D,and the higher the level of informatization is,the greater the promotion effect of enterprise R&D is.There is a positive correlation between enterprise R&D and enterprise development quality.The higher the R&D investment,the greater the promotion effect on enterprise development quality.Enterprise informatization is positively correlated with the quality of enterprise development.The higher the level of informatization,the greater the promotion effect on the quality of enterprise development.Enterprise research and development plays a partial intermediary effect between informatization and enterprise development quality.Secondly,further empirical research based on industry,profitability,and regional heterogeneity.The results show that enterprise informatization has a significant positive effect on the quality of enterprise development.From the perspective of industry groups,the positive effect on the development quality of technology-intensive GEM companies is greater than that of non-technology-intensive GEM companies.From the perspective of the profit group,it has a significant positive effect on the high profit GEM companies,but has no significant positive effect on the development quality of the low profit GEM companies.From the regional point of view,the effect of GEM informatization on enterprise development quality in the eastern region is greater than that in the central and western regions.Enterprise informatization can improve the quality of enterprise development through innovation input and innovation output,but the intermediate effect of innovation input is relatively small.Thirdly,further empirical study on the mediated effect of technological innovation.The results show that enterprise informatization has a positive promoting effect on technological innovation,and the promoting effect increases with the improvement of informatization degree.Technological innovation has a positive effect on the quality of enterprise development.With the improvement of technological innovation ability,the promotion effect becomes stronger.Enterprise informatization has a positive effect on the quality of enterprise development,and with the improvement of the degree of informatization,the promotion effect becomes stronger.Technological innovation plays a partial mediated role in improving the quality of enterprise development through enterprise informatization.This paper studies the impact of enterprise informatization on the high-quality development of enterprises.First,it takes GEM listed companies as the research object,which enriches the research on the micro level and provides new empirical basis for the research on informatization and enterprise development quality.Second,the heterogeneity and its action mechanism are analyzed and tested,which is helpful for GEM companies to understand the heterogeneity of enterprise informatization in industry,profit and region.Thirdly,according to the results of different empirical studies,it analyzes and discusses,and puts forward management inspirations and suggestions accordingly,so as to provide reference for the development,policy formulation and related research of GEM companies.
