Study On Development And Evaluation Of Management Information System In Enterprise Informatization Environment

The "10th Five Year Plan" of our country indicates: driving industrialization with informationization, letting rear advantages do the work and realizing the high-speed development of societal producing. Enterprise informationization is an important action to carry out the strategy for "driving industrialization with informationization". Enterprise informatization construction is the only way for modern enterprises' survival and development. But after the strategy' putting forward, there are so many problems in enterprise informatization construction.At first, this paper expatiates the conception, content, structure, and its effect upon enterprises of enterprise informatization and discusses the conception, characteristics, function, structure, and its effect upon enterprises of management information system (MIS). Enterprise informatization environment is analyzed. According to the problems in enterprise informatization construction, this paper offers development demands on MIS from enterprise informatization environment. Then, this paper compares the system structures of MIS, and puts forward success factors of MIS development in enterprise informatization environment.Enterprise informatization construction is a project for benefits. It makes the evaluation of MIS should change from benefit evaluation after system implementation to overall process evaluation in system development, so as to insure system development success and enhance benefits from the system. This paper studies overall process evaluation in MIS development, and puts forward the evaluation index system for per phase according principles for evaluation index' design. Then evaluation methods existing and its selection principles are studied, and fuzzy synthetical appraisal method is chosen in a practical evaluation.Finally, based on the research above, an information system for employee wage management has been developed for Xinjiang Well-testing Company and we have done a beforehand assessment and an afterward evaluation for this system project.
