Under the trend of media industry developing and culture reform, the Culture Industry develop rapidly. Some large enterprises have set up the media companies based on their own development needs and realistic conditions.This paper focuses on the innovation and development of enterprise media company. On the basis of the introduces research background, significance, content and method, the second chapter is an overview of Enterprise Media companies ‘developing, mainly including the background and reasons of there establishment, the development status, and there choice of development. The mainly parts takes Chinese Southern Media as a case to make a concrete analysis. This chapter goes into detail its main business and operating conditions, and analysis the development status of CSM from two perspectives of opportunities and challenges. And then proposes that CSM can be further optimized in the following aspects such as the improvement of business ability, the expansion of business scope and the development of new media business. according to the previous study about current situation research of the transformation of media industry and concrete analysis of Chinese Southern Media.
