With the development of the market of science and technology,Internet of things(IoT)and related technology industries increasingly wide range of applications,especially RFID technology,has been applied in many fields.As warehousing and logistics in the economic development an important part,in order to adapt to the new situation,also need to carry out the transformation and upgrading,namely the transformation of the Internet upgrade.Warehousing and logistics enterprise to realize the transformation of the Internet,according to the characteristics of warehousing and logistics industry,realize the related elements of the transparent and efficient connection,to distinguish it from traditional warehousing transport enterprises,and ultimately improve the management ability and the competitiveness of enterprises.Warehousing and logistics services are mainly distributed storage,two basic functions.The storage,storage is to provide environmental goods and storage goods service,such as incoming inspection,warehousing,storage,handling,care,handling and other services.The distribution,refers to the provision of centralized and decentralized processing service of commodity circulation on traditional warehousing and logistics.The enterprise mainly adopts the barcode recognition technology,subject to technical constraints,the goods information collection still requires manual contact,it is difficult to achieve the real-time update information goods and goods information collection batch,automation,cargo information management efficiency is very low,this model has been unable to meet the existing logistics system of high-speed operation.RFID has fast batch identification tags;the small variety of good durability,can be used repeatedly;tag data can be updated in real time;large capacity,long distance,penetrating read tag data;data security higher number is different from the traditional bar code recognition technology.Advantages of using RFID technology in operation and management of warehouse logistics enterprises,enterprise management system and warehouse container,cargo and cargo information interactive and transparent,efficient connection,can not only help enterprises to greatly improve the efficiency of goods,information management,but also between sales and manufacturing industry to build the Internet channel,in order to more accurately receive and feedback of information,control information related to demand,thereby greatly enhancing thelogistics enterprises intelligent warehouse management capacity and competitiveness.Aiming at the existing problems of traditional logistics,this paper analyzes the relevant current situation at home and abroad,RFID warehouse logistics system research environment of the IOT business processes,using the software engineering design method of object-oriented requirements analysis and functional design,architecture based on J2 EE platform,JBoss application server,My SQL database server to realize the whole system,and design the function of test case,black box test and performance test on the system.The main research results are:(1)to the warehouse logistics management based on RFID technology of carding and process reengineering,joined the container networking gateway,storage,real-time management and other functions.(2)research on improved network RFID technology in logistics management business in the storage of goods services,intelligent management,dynamic inventory operations,warehouse management,library management,supplier management and other nuclear Heart module is optimized and designed.(3)the use of networking technology,the application of stable and reliable in things related to the diameter of warehouse logistics management business management system,the transformation of the Internet,help the warehouse logistics enterprises to enhance competitiveness.Disadvantages: one is not the integration of mobile Internet technology,the business process is two further optimization,three is the data analysis of depth,breadth enough,intelligence needs to be further improved.According to the test results,this paper designed and implemented a networking environment of RFID intelligent warehouse logistics system,scientific structure,reasonable process,and achieved the anticipated function and other requirements,improve the intelligent warehouse management business efficiency and customer service level and related technologies of IOT development of intelligent warehouse logistics management have a positive role in promoting.
