The particularity of children's audiobooks determines the difference of children's audiobooks production.In order to ensure the healthy and prosperous development of children's audio reading industry,under the background of cultural confidence and high quality development advocated by the country,children's audio reading should not only absorb new ideas,new changes and new technologies,but also do a good job in laying a solid cultural foundation for children and highlighting the cultural strength of big countries.With the improvement of parents' education level,their appreciation level in audio reading and pursuit of high-quality content have been comprehensively improved,and the simple auditory experience can no longer meet the demands of parents for diversified.The study found that parents' demand for entertainment,useful learning,enlightening thinking and forming habits is increasingly strong,which requires that children's audio reading platform should be improved from the top of product design strategy.In order to effectively solve the needs of parents,this study takes Ximalaya children's app,a typical representative of the industry,as the research object.Based on the accurate survey data,according to the survey results,it uses Kano model to manage and sort the user's needs,and uses Internet thinking to put forward the game strategy for product improvement,so as to do a good job for the output of continuously overweight high-quality content,Make the children's audio reading app present the form of high-quality content,IP brand,popular works and innovative functions,and create rich industrial value and social benefits for audio publishing.In the current digital publishing era,audio publishing is the top priority for the development of cultural industry.From the perspective of market,this study starts with product design based on Internet thinking,which will provide a great reference for improving the overall operation level of children's audio reading platform.In the context of the ever-changing macro environment and the rapid development of the Internet,the market situation changes rapidly.How to effectively improve the product design strategy is also a problem that has long troubled the development of the major children's audio reading platforms.This study will solve it effectively through the analysis of competing products and strategy improvement.The competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.The children's audio reading platform is not only facing the pressure of competition in the same industry,but also facing the different industry competition of video and game APPs.This study promotes the function innovation of APP products through the improvement of gamification strategy,so as to open the blue ocean of the development of children's audio reading APPs.At the same time,the traditional publishing enterprises are faced with the battle of deepening reform.On the road to the breakthrough of audio publishing,the conclusions of product design strategy and specific improvement suggestions obtained in this research will also provide valuable reference for them.
