A large number of materials will be produced in the manufacturing process of the enterprise,reducing cost and enhancing efficiency for every enterprise is particularly important.In a warehouse with a large number of items,warehouse package positioning is the foundation of warehouse management,accurately obtain storage location information of the item,can effectively improve the level of warehouse management,and timely update the warehouse's goods storage directory in case of warehouse in and out operations,These operations put forward higher requirements for the warehouse management efficiency of enterprises,the use of information technology to realize the informationization management of the warehouse is the inevitable developing trend of warehouse management field.According to the current situation of intelligent warehouse system,this thesis uses the three-dimensional positioning algorithm based on RFID to obtain the location information of goods in the warehouse,and designs an intelligent warehouse management system.In this thesis,the indoor 3D Warehouse is taken as the research object.Aiming at the problems of inaccurate positioning of warehouse packages caused by environmental attenuation and imbalance in indoor environment,we start from indoor wireless communication model,analyze the characteristics of signal attenuation in indoor environment,and start from the problem of deviation of signal propagation model caused by noise of non-normal distribution in the model.On this basis,we explore the relationship between the signal propagation model deviation and the label positioning error,achieve high-precision three-dimensional positioning of warehouse packages.The research content of this thesis mainly includes the scheme design of intelligent warehouse management system for indoor 3D warehouse application scene,and the matching indoor 3D positioning algorithm.In this thesis,based on the classical LANDMARC positioning algorithm,an improved LANDMARC 3D positioning algorithm is proposed,which adopts the adaptive optimization algorithm of redundant information and effectively improves the positioning accuracy.Then,the core modules of the intelligent warehouse management system are analyzed in detail.According to the objective requirements of the warehouse relationship system,the overall framework model is studied and designed,and the realization and functional scheme of each module in the system are introduced.Then the improved LANDMARC algorithm is improved to be suitable for the warehouse environment.Considering the signal attenuation effect caused by the environment in the multi-tier warehouse model,the positioning algorithm for the multi-tier intelligent warehouse is verified and the operation of the warehouse management system is simulated and analyzed.The conclusion shows that the accuracy rate of package positioning is 100%,and the average positioning accuracy is 0.3 meters.It also realizes the accurate positioning of the goods in the indoor warehouse and the path guidance of the goods.
