With the gradual formation of the world economic integration pattern,as an important application direction in the field of mechanical engineering,the importance of warehouse logistics automation is also gradually reflected.Among them,warehouse logistics data management as a key link to achieve logistics automation,more and more attention.In order to better deal with the increasingly jumbled business and increasing warehousing and logistics data,improve the execution efficiency of warehousing and logistics business,it is very important to develop an efficient and stable warehousing and logistics management system.In this paper,the storage and logistics management system is designed and implemented by adopting the emerging MVVM design mode,aiming at the problems existing in the traditional storage and logistics management system,such as unintuitive information display,imperfect human and authority management function,tedious research and development process,and difficulty in business information flow.This system is composed of a PC terminal data management system for warehouse administrators and a mobile terminal App for carriers.It realizes the storage and management of goods storage,goods distribution,human data and other aspects of storage and logistics business,improves the working efficiency of storage and logistics business and optimizes the service quality to a certain extent.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Carry out demand analysis and structural design of the pc-based data management system,and divide the system into five functional modules:information registration,warehouse management,transportation management,form management and role management,so as to support warehouse manager to complete warehouse management tasks more efficiently and conveniently.Front-end development with React.js and Redux framework.BizCharts data visualization component library is introduced to visually display business data.In the Node.js environment,Koa framework is adopted to complete the whole back-end server construction of the system,and MongoDB technology is used to design and realize the system database,ensuring the efficient retrieval of business data.(2)Design and implement carrier oriented mobile terminal freight App,providing route navigation,order operation,order status monitor and other functions.Combined with WebSocket technology and PC terminal system,it can provide distributors with channels to timely obtain required warehouse information and get through business information flow.At the same time,by writing scripts for mobile terminal adaptation to ensure the smooth and stable operation of software in different mobile devices.(3)In the PC data management system,the route planning algorithm is designed and improved to reduce the transportation distance and optimize the order execution order.On the basis of existing path planning algorithms such as A*algorithm and genetic algorithm,the algorithm is adjusted and improved by adding steering weight and setting adaptive probability,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by simulation.Finally,the system function was tested under the mainstream operating systems.In the test,the system has successfully passed various test cases,demonstrated good stability and availability,achieved the project design objectives,and to a certain extent,improved the efficiency of warehouse logistics management and user experience.
